A first-time brand and website created for a makeup artist whose business had already begun to outgrow social media. We built a polished visual identity and digital home that gave Dorka a more professional way to showcase her work, connect with potential clients, and create space for the business to evolve.
Dorka’s business had grown quickly through social media, referrals, and word of mouth. Her content was already attracting attention and bringing in clients, but as that momentum continued, she needed a more established presence outside of social media.
Until that point, potential clients were largely relying on her social platforms to view her work, learn about her services, and figure out how to get in touch. As the business grew, that started to feel limiting.
The opportunity was to create a brand that gave Dorka more credibility and structure without losing the personality and visual style that had already helped her build such a strong following.
making it happen
Because this was Dorka’s first formal brand, we started by creating the visual foundation from the ground up.
We developed a complete brand board, logo system, and color palette designed around her existing aesthetic and the way she naturally showed up online. The goal was to create something that felt elevated and cohesive, but still distinctly like Dorka rather than forcing her into a traditional beauty brand mold.
From there, we translated that identity into a website that could do more than simply display a portfolio. We planned the site around the needs of the business today while also considering where Dorka wanted to take it in the future.
That meant creating a flexible structure with room to eventually expand into areas like education, mentorship, podcasting, and additional content without requiring the brand to be rebuilt every time the business evolved.
We brought the new identity together through a complete website designed to give potential clients a clear, polished place to experience Dorka’s work and make an inquiry.
The site created a dedicated home for her portfolio, brand story, and services while making the inquiry process more direct and professional. Rather than relying entirely on social media, Dorka now had a platform she owned—one that could support both client bookings and future growth.
Every part of the website was designed with expansion in mind, giving her the flexibility to add new offerings, educational content, mentorship opportunities, or a podcast as those parts of the business develop.
The result was more than Dorka’s first website. It was a brand foundation built to match the momentum she had already created and give her business room to grow into whatever came next.

from Dorka
Before working with Kristen, my business had grown mostly through social media and word of mouth, and I knew I was ready for something that felt more professional and established. I had never had a real brand or website before, so I honestly didn’t know where to start.
Kristen made the whole process feel really easy and helped me take what I already loved about my style and turn it into a brand that actually felt like me. From the logo and colors to the website itself, everything feels polished without feeling too formal or unlike my personality.
I also love that she thought beyond what I needed right now. My website gives me room to grow into things like education, mentorship, and other projects in the future, which was really important to me. It feels so good to finally have a space of my own to send people to, and I’m so happy with how everything came together.
