I help make sure the pieces belong together. My services can work individually or come together as part of a larger brand evolution.
HOW CAN I HELP?
HERE'S WHY I CAN HELP with that
As a professional photographer, I became trained to notice details other people sometimes miss.
I learned how subtle choices in light, composition, styling, body language and environment can completely change the way someone perceives an image.
That same instinct shapes the way I approach brands.
I notice when something doesn’t quite belong. I see opportunities for stronger visual continuity. I understand how aesthetics influence perception, but I also know that looking current and having a strong identity aren’t the same thing.
I want your brand to feel relevant today without needing to reinvent itself every twelve months.
When you know your business could be more, but you’re not sure what “more” looks like yet.
Sometimes you don’t need a complete rebrand. You need perspective. Brand consulting begins with a deep dive into where your business has been, where it stands today and where you want it to go next.
I look at your positioning, visuals, website, customer experience, social presence, competitors and future ideas to help identify what’s working, where you’re getting stuck and where the strongest opportunities exist. Then we create a clear direction forward.
This is part strategy, part creative exploration and part accountability—because good ideas become a lot more valuable once you know what to do with them.
Give your business an identity that feels unmistakably yours
Your visual identity should communicate more than what looks good. It should tell people who you are, what you value and why your business belongs in their world. I develop thoughtful visual identities that bring clarity and consistency to the way your brand shows up.
Depending on the scope of the project, we may explore overall creative direction, logo systems, typography, color, imagery, aesthetic direction and practical guidelines for bringing everything together.
I stay aware of what’s happening visually and culturally, but I’m never interested in building a brand around a trend with an expiration date. The goal is something current, distinctive and flexible enough to evolve with you.
Your online presence should support your brand -
not become a second full-time job
I look at how your website currently performs, where opportunities are being missed and how your content and site structure can better support discoverability.
My social media audits review your visual consistency, profile positioning, content mix, brand alignment, customer journey and overall presentation.
I identify what’s working, what feels disconnected and where there are opportunities to create a clearer, stronger presence.
You’ll leave with actionable recommendations.
Imagery has always been at the heart of what I do
Long before Room81, I built my career behind the camera.
My experience photographing brands, models and agencies taught me how much visual storytelling can shape perception. Brand photography is more than getting a few good headshots. It’s about creating a visual library that communicates personality, quality, emotion and point of view.
I approach every shoot with the larger identity in mind—from location and styling to composition, movement and the ways your images will eventually live across your website, social media and marketing.
The result is imagery that doesn’t simply look beautiful. It belongs to your brand.
Your website should feel like the natural home of your brand
A beautiful website means very little if it confuses the people visiting it. I design websites that balance visual impact with function and strategy.
That means considering not only how the site looks, but how someone moves through it, where they hesitate and what ultimately encourages them to take the next step.
I bring your brand identity, imagery, customer journey and business goals together into one cohesive digital experience.
When projects require specialized copywriting, content development or advanced back-end systems, I collaborate with creative and technical partners so the right person is handling each part.
The right work deserves the right people
I’m very clear about what I do well—and equally clear about what belongs in the hands of another expert. When a project needs dedicated copywriting, ongoing content creation or specialized back-end systems, I collaborate with trusted peers whose work complements mine.
That allows me to stay focused on strategy, brand identity, visual direction and the areas where I can create the most value, while making sure the bigger project still feels connected.
Because collaboration isn’t about pretending one person can do everything. It’s about bringing the right people into the room.
A new way to imagine what your brand could look like
I think of myself as an image architect. My background in professional photography gives me a deep understanding of light, composition, styling, visual storytelling and what makes an image feel intentional rather than generated. I combine that experience with AI to develop custom visual concepts and brand imagery that expand what’s possible creatively.
AI image architecture can supplement traditional photography, visualize campaign concepts, build editorial-style imagery, explore new creative directions or create visual assets that would otherwise be difficult to produce.
The goal isn’t to use AI simply because we can. It’s to use it thoughtfully, guided by creative experience, a strong visual point of view and an understanding of the larger brand it needs to belong to.
We build the foundation before we pick the curtains
My services are designed to build on one another, with each level creating the foundation for what comes next. Rather than treating branding, visual identity, photography and digital presence as separate pieces, I approach them as part of one connected process. Certain services are therefore only available after completing the level before them - for example, a brand shoot follows brand consulting and visual identity work. This gives me the insight and creative direction I need to make every next step more intentional, cohesive and effective.

The Room 81 Promise
I’ve spent more than 20 years in marketing, years behind the camera, and probably far too much time paying attention to what people are wearing, watching, saving, sharing and suddenly obsessed with. That mix gives me a slightly different lens on branding. I notice the strategy, but I also notice the mood, the details, the references and the cultural shifts happening around it. As a visual identity consultant and brand concierge, I bring all of that together to help shape brands that feel considered, current and completely in tune with the world they’re trying to live in.
you deserve a brand that is a reflection of your work
